Description
A few words about the piece: O Salutaris Hostia is a contemporary sacred composition, a setting of the last two stanzas of St. Thomas Aquinas’s eucharistic hymn Verbum supernum prodiens. The piece was premiered in 2016 in Poznań, performed by the Poznań Chamber Choir conducted by Bartosz Michałowski, and was subsequently presented in London in 2019 as part of the London Festival of Contemporary Church Music.
